This stinks!

Need to buy twice. Ill just cancel the mag. Not worth it by any means! :-((

Waste of $$$$

Paid for magazine and didnt load in....then read the review and it seems thats the norm. Dont buy magazines skip over this app!

Not for subscribers?

Ridiculous that as a subscriber for over 10 years, I cannot read the mag on my iPad unless I pay for an online subscription in addition to the print edition I already pay for, or buy each issue again. This is such lousy customer service, that Im removing this app AND canceling my print subscription. Magazine has changed for the worst several times over the past few years anyway. Goodbye redbook and to the dumb executive that made this decision.

No free iPad version

I agree its ridiculous that print subscribers have to pay for the iPad version. Very bad idea. Will loose a lot of subscribers, including me.

App dont work at all.

Have to request refund from iTunes. Bought Feb issue and when try to open - simply shuts down. Aggravating!

It stinks that access to issues isnt free with a subscription. I will not be renewing my subscription when it expires in November.

Nuts that I have to buy another subscription!! Already have print subscription, online line for all devices should be free. Vogue, Allure dont charge extra for online access. Will not renew my print subscription.

Horrible!

App always crashes & u have to end up deleting it and reinstalling it every time theres a new issue out. Which means u have to download all the previous magazines again & the downloads are stupid slow!

Internet needed can"t read downloaded issues offline

What a bunch of B.S.!!!! Other mags let you download and read issues anytime(hello air travel) Redbook will show an error saying must be online. Any other mag in this category better. Yes I know some features in digital mags are more awesome while connected to wi-fi, but its not always possible.

Crashes!

Crashes every time I try to read a purchased issue! Basically I cant use it at all

No access to digital subscription?!

I cant believe they expect you to pay extra, or as they put it "Upgrade" to the digital issues, even when you pay for a print subscription! I WILL NOT be paying $9.99 to get it on my iPad when I already pay that to get it in the mail. Hoping this changes soon!

An extra $10??

Yes, this app costs a whopping $10 when I only pay $6 for the print edition! And its ludicrous that I should pay anything at all for a mag Im already subscribed to.

Wont Pay Extra for Digital

Are you kidding me; you want me to pay twice to read the same magazine in multi-platforms? Not gonna happen. Im taking this app off my iPad, you can continue to pay postage to mail me my print edition. Whos the idiot making these decisions, Redbook?

Terrible

How terrible is this?! How can you charge us "paid print subscribers" $10 for the digital issue. No other magazine does that. I already pay for it through my print subscription. Hope this changes soon or my print subscription will be canceled. Come on Redbook, treat us better than that.

Dont even bother

Sign up, pay through iTunes and never get access. Contacting customer support does nothing. They send an auto message to reset password which doesnt work. Save the money

Horrible App. Im unable to login. I have reset my IPad and the App numerous times.Still does not work.

Worst app ever

Have tried multiple times to contact Hearst magazine to correct problems and it takes 3 or more days to get an email that says problem is fixed. I cannot login to my account. I guess the problem is not fixed and now all my issues are gone.

Print=no iPad

Im annoyed that I have a print issue of this magazine and cant get it on my iPad without an additional charge. BOOO
